You must be comfortable and competent communicating by email, over the phone, and in-person (hospitality industry experience is great!). You will also need to be detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities, clients, and requests on a continual basis. Weekend work and travel are a requirement in our world, particularly during the busy seasons (Feb - June and Oct - Nov). Full time, in-person resources only.
