The Event Staff Coordinator is responsible for staffing events across the country. This position is crucial to the overall success of our company. In addition to working directly with individuals to create dynamic and appropriate event teams, you will also have the opportunity to attend events with our team. 


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage many different accounts at one time
  • Ability to coordinate, oversee, recruit, and hire for nationwide events
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to determine priority responses
  • Ability to work on several accounts at one time and act as liaison between our Account Managers and our staff
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Collaborative and team player mentality
  • Professional demeanor and appearance while in the office and at events
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with the event industry is helpful, but not required


Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Needs to occasionally move about within the office to access supplies and equipment
  • Needs to frequently move about within event venues during events
  • Must be able to operate a computer, tablet, and other office equipment
  • Must be able to ascend and descend stairs
  • Must be able to maintain written and oral communications with coworkers and clients
  • Must be able to work in an open office environment for the duration of our business hours
  • Must be able to communicate with volunteers, event staff, clients, and guests in loud and crowded event situations
  • Must be able to observe event staff and detect potential problems at events
